A warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere awaits all guests staying at Bayview. Ken & Ann Fraser, the owners, take a personal interest in their guests to ensure they have a pleasant time in this beautiful part of Scotland. Bayview's modernized accommodation consists of two large bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. One room can sleep three adults - ideal for golf or walking groups the second is our family room for two adults and two children. Tea and coffee making facilities, radio, TV, DVD & video are provided in each room; prices start at £25 pppn and £75 for the family room. A free public car park is located adjacent to the house.Kingston - on - Spey was founded in 1784 and named after Kingston - upon - Hull in Yorkshire. Dodsworth & Osborne, shipbuilders from Hull established shipyards at Kingston capable of building boats up to 500 tons with masts 60 ft high. In the early 1800's, Clipper ships were built here to service the tea trade from India. At nearby Spey Bay, The Tugnet Ice House, built in 1830, remains on view as a monument to the Salmon Fishing Station industry. The Moray Wildlife Centre - part of the Dolphin & Whale Conservation Society is also situated in Spey Bay. Further inland is the World Famous Whisky Trail with many distilleries located in Moray.
