Accommodation comprises Entrance Porch into hallway with downstairs WC. NEWLY extended and fully fitted kitchen with separate dining area with good sized table and chairs. Large and spacious sitting room (over 21' long) with a large comfortable 3 seater settee, a comfortable two seater settee plus other seating. There is an open fire and an antique broadwood cottage piano. Upstairs - on the first floor, one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have washbasins and both bedrooms look out over open countryside. Family bathroom with bath with overhead shower and WC.
Good size garden which is mature and private with a good sized field in front. There are lovely, rural views over open countryside to the Lake District fells with views of the Langdale Pikes. The garden is enclosed on all sides and is good for children. Various pretty flower beds. There is a garden table, four chairs and a parasol in one area, and a wooden bench in other area.
There is a tarmac hardstanding with ample parking for 2/3 cars.
Prices range from between £319 and £500 for bookings for 3 or 4 people and from between £255 and £410 for bookings for 2 people.
Duvets, pillows AND bedlinen are provided.
Towels can be provided at a cost of £5.00 per pack - a pack consists of one large towel, one handtowel, one flannel. Teatowels and dishcloths are also then included in the cost. If you require this service please ask at time of booking.

Your holiday can start on any day of the week depending on availability (i.e it does not have to be a Saturday)
