Kenilworth is a grand Victorian house built in 1896 and retaining many original features, though under our eight year ownership the house has been fully redecorated and refurbished to offer warm and welcoming bed and breakfast accommodation.

We have six guest bedrooms - one very spacious king-size double, two doubles, one family (for three), one twin and one single. All of the bedrooms have flat screen digital colour tv, refreshmant tray, hairdryer, towels alarm clock and wineglasses. Our hearty breakfasts are cooked to order and include locally made Cumberland sausage and free-range eggs delivered from the local far. For vegetarian alternatives the meat and non-meat items are cooked and served separately.

We have a spacious guests' lounge with maps and guides to the area, digital tv and DVD player. The single room also has its own DVD player.

We have three private parking places and there is free parking on Holly Road.

Rates are from £32 to £40 per person per night B&B. for rates for children (minimum age 4 years) or underoccupancy rates please contact by phone or email.

Because we do everything ourselves and don't employ staff or send our laundry out, we do not accept bookings for just one night.
