Torran is a small, dog friendly family B&B. There is ideal accommodation for a family of up to 6 in a separate guest wing with a double and a twin bedroom; private sitting room (with double futon); private shower-room; satellite TV and broadband access, where visitors can enjoy their privacy.
Below Torran, nestling in Glen Urquhart is the small town of Drumnadrochit, 15 miles south of Inverness, capital of the highlands. Drumnadrochit is the centre of Loch Ness monster research and blessed with a good choice of inns and restaurants. Drumnadrochit is an ideal centre for exploring the Highlands and is close to major attractions such as Glen Affric and Urquhart Castle. The West Coast with all its beauty is little over an hours drive.
Inverness has many attractions, music bars, theatre, cinema and excellent restaurants. Our website has many examples of local scenery and possible wildlife sightings.
