Stone-built detached cottage nestled in the Fishertown area of Nairn. A simple but comfortable traditional cottage with full gas-powered central heating, able to sleep six in two upstairs bedrooms, (one double & one twin) and a bed-sitting room downstairs. The sitting room has an open fire, TV/DVD player.The fully equipped kitchen (gas cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer) opens off a large dining/sitting room.The ground floor bathroom features bath, toilet and electric shower. The telephone allows incoming and local calls. A sunny walled patio at the front of the cottage has outdoor furniture and is suitable for sunbathing/relaxing. Parking is at the front. With no steps on the ground floor the cottage is suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

The cottage is in easy walking distance to shops, beaches, playground, harbour/marina, river-mouth and Nairn’s two championship golf courses: www.nairndunbar.com & www.nairngolfclub.co.uk Dolphins boat-trips set sail from the harbour, & miles of sandy beaches stretch eastwards to Culbin Forest & RSPB Reserve. Also next to the beach and two minutes walk from the cottage is Links park – promenade, cricket pitch, playground, putting green, swimming pool.
