Looking for a quiet location just yards from the beach and yet convenient for Prestwick airport and Prestwick Town railway station, with a regular service to Glasgow and Ayr?
The Fairways Cottages (x3) in Prestwick can each sleep a family of 4, 2 couples, or 3 same-sex guests in modern accommodation built in 2004 and fully refurbished in 2009 following use by well satisfied guests, many of whom return regularly.

An ideal location for golfers (just cross the road to the 1st of Old Prestwick, where the first Open was played in 1860), with many championship and qualifying courses within a few minutes drive. In fact, there is a golf course nearby to suit all handicaps and budgets and we can arrange tee times. The indoor and outdoor bowling facilities are nearby, as are indoor and outdoor tennis courts. The rolling hills of Ayrshire allow for plenty of walking options, or visit Culzean Castle, Dundonald Castle or Dumfries House, all within 35 minutes by car. Burns country and the various Burns attractions in the village of Alloway, with the museum now under the care of the NTS, are on our doorstep. Within the area are many theme parks to interest visitors of all ages and access to the Island of Arran is easy from Ardrossan, just to the north.

If you are on business, or perhaps needing short-term accommodation while moving home, we are happy to provide a price for mid or long term stays. Rates are seasonal, see website and include all heating/lighting, bed-linen and towels. Stays are normally Saturday to Saturday, but we will be flexible if possible.
