A beautiful arts and crafts holiday cottage in the New Forest, built in the early 1900s and designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens office. Set in the village of Everton, close to Milford-on-Sea and the town centre of Lymington.

Situated at the end of a quiet no-through lane just a few minutes walk from the post office/store and family run restaurant and pub The Crown Inn, our holiday cottage has a large garden with outdoor furniture - perfect for you and your family to enjoy summer lunches. There is also ample parking and boat storage if you'd like to take to the water.

The self catering accommodation consists of a kitchen/dining room with a large old pine table and french windows to the garden. Appliances include a stainless steel electric oven with gas hobs and extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The cosy and comfortable beamed lounge has an open fire, television with freeview, DVD player, video recorder, films, books, CDs and games.

The accommodation also includes a downstairs double bedroom. This room is twin aspect, with one window looking out to the side of the cottage and the garden path. The other, a bay window, looks out onto the large front lawned garden.

Upstairs are three more bedrooms, a twin aspect, light and airy double. A twin bedded room with lovely views over the garden, and a smaller room with adult sized bunk beds and a secret window! Bedrooms have space in the eaves for case/bag storage and the first floor uses original or reclaimed floorboards throughout.
