The Penny Farthing Hotel is ideally situated just off the High Street in Lyndhurst Village centre, just a minute’s walk from the village shops, restaurants, pubs and banks. Lyndhurst is the "Capital" of the New Forest and is home to the main Visitor centre and Museum. Southampton, Fawley and Marchwood are 15/20mins to the east, Bournemouth and Christchurch is 30mins west. Winchester and Salisbury are also just 30mins drive.

We have a variety of single, double, twin and family rooms on all floors. All rooms have en-suite facilities, TV, telephones and tea/coffee tray. There is a comfortable Lounge and Licensed Bar where our guests can enjoy free WIFI facilities. We also offer a hotel Laptop for guest’s use. To the rear of the hotel there is Private Car Parking and we can also provide Garaging for bikes, motorcycles or specialist cars. For many years we have enjoyed a continuous grading of FOUR DIAMONDS from annual inspections with AA and English Tourist Council.

In addition to Bed and Breakfast in the Hotel, we also have a number of two, three and four bedroom Self Catering Properties situated close to the Hotel and Village Centre. These are ideal for a week away or for long term business or relocation requirements.
