The tastefully decorated dining room has been refurbished with new solid oak furniture, to include a dining room suite with very comfortable upholstered chairs. One twin bedded room and one double/family room both have WIFI, a flat screen LCD digital TV with freeview DVD player and a radio, central heating and tea/coffee making facilities. Fan in each room during hot weather. There is a bathroom with bath/shower for the sole use of guests in the two bedrooms.
Under the latest "common standards" grading, although the quality remains the same as during the last 24 years, we are now restricted to 2 star rating because we do not have en-suite rooms and we choose not to have wash basins in the 2 guest bedrooms.
