These clean, comfortable rooms have just been completely refurbished including all brand new furniture and beds.

All rooms are ensuite or with private bathrooms.

WiFi and ironing facilities are included.

Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, bed linen and towels are changed daily.

There is ample off street CCTV covered FREE parking with no restrictions on time.

We are situated on the A420 so have easy access to both Bristol and Bath city centres by bus, car or taxi.

We are also close to Bristol Temple Meads train station and Bristol Coach station.

All these destinations are covered by regular bus services.

We also have good motorway connections with the M32, M4 and M5 being approx five minutes away.

There is an option of either Continental breakfast in your room or a home cooked evening meal included in the price.

We can, by prior arrangement collect and drop off from bus and train stations.

Although the rooms are no smoking there is a really nice heated and illuminated seating terrace at the rear of the building, where smoking is permitted.
