A friendly family run business welcoming guests into our home since 1990.

All guest rooms are on the ground floor of our extended dormer bungalow beside the A390.

We are less than two miles from the Eden Project. Pet friendly, we have a large garden with five acres of land adjacent and offer ample off road parking. Children are welcome.

All have freeview television with DVD player, tea / coffee making, hairdryer and other extras. Wire free internet access avalilable.

Prices are per room and include full Cornish breakfast.
Single £33, Double £55, Family / Twin £55.
Weekly rate, seven nights for the price of six.
Evening meal is available from £9 per person.

Our patio is set out as a chess board and we have a giant garden chess set for your use.
Garden seating, tables and loungers are provided and there are extensive lawns where guests often play boules.

The nearest beaches are within three miles. Charlestown Harbour and Carlyon Bay are about four miles. The towns of Fowey and St Austell are five miles away.
