The Eden Project is less than two miles away. Pet friendly, we have a large garden with five acres of land adjacent and offer ample free off road parking. Children are welcome.

All bedrooms have freeview television with DVD player, tea/coffee making, hairdryer and many included "extras". Towels are provided for guests use.
Complimentary wire free internet access is available.

Prices are per room and include full Cornish breakfast.
Single £33, Double £55, Twin £55 or Family £60 (three persons).
Weekly rate, seven nights for the price of six.
Evening meal is available from £10 per person. We grow our own delicious fruit and vegetables and use them when available.

Our patio is set out as a chess board and we have a giant garden chess set for your use.
Garden seating, tables and loungers are provided. There are extensive lawns and (of course) palm trees as well as various subtropical plants.

The nearest sandy beaches are within three miles. Charlestown Harbour and Carlyon Bay are about four miles. The towns of Fowey and St Austell are five miles away.
