A small friendly guest house. Sea-view rooms have amazing views of St. Michael's Mount and Newlyn harbour. It's also only a short walk to Penzance town centre. Seawaves is an ideal place for a base so you can visit places such as St. Ives, St. Michael's Mount, Mousehole and Land's End.

We serve a traditional English breakfast with a vegetarian or vegan option. We can also do a continental breakfast and special diets can be catered for with a little notice.

Seawaves B&B also do an evening meal on request.

There are plenty of things to do out and about. You could hire bicycles and take a ride around Penzance, or go on a fishing trip or pleasure boat trip to look for sea-life. You might be lucky enough to see Seals, Dolphins or sometimes even Basking Sharks.

If you enjoy walking there are wonderful coastal paths to walk along. There are some beautiful sandy beaches to visit, such as Sennan Cove, Porthcurno and Marazion beach.
