Traditional Farnhouse dating from 1600,s offering peace and quiet but close to the coast Exmoor Barnstaple and many attractions all within 2o mins drive. Ideal for families we have a family suite of 3 rooms (dbl,twin and superb bath/shower room) also an ensuite dbl room with shower. Guest lounge gives a relaxing base to unwind and plan your days with woodburner for those cooler evenings. Dining room with separate tables for homecooked fresh locally produced breakfasts with a wide choice. Dinned is offered as an option and there are many good eating places nearby to suit all tastes.

All rooms have TV radio/CD player. Tea making faacilites etc etc

Come and sample life down on the farm where you can relax in comfort and enjoy the splendid scenery North Devon has to offer.

Prices are per person and run from £27-00 a night for B&B Reduced rates for children and longer stays.Well behaved pets are wecomed with prior notice.

As we are quietly situated off the main road we respectfully suggest you have your own transport. Plenty of safe parking and storage for bikes. We look forward to welcoming you.
