Paddons is a beautiful old house which faces the River Barle and has 1/4 mile of private river bank, riverside garden and private fly fishing. The flat comprises two bedrooms, both with views of the river, one with double bed and the other with two singles and all linen is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a small sitting room with comfortable sofas and a television, DVD player and a very sunny hall/dining room which looks onto a pleasant garden. Although in a valley, the house and garden face south west and enjoy sunshine all day. There is a large garden and 12 acres of private woods. Although parts of the building are over 300 years old. the wing is newly decorated and fully equipped.
Suitable for families. Garden is quite steep.
Directions: From centre of Dulverton turn Left at the Post Office onto B3223 signed Lynton. About 3/4 mile along this road there is a 30mph sign, and just past that a lay-by with a white gate which is Paddons. Park in the lay-by. There is further parking if required.
